As District Chairman of the 11th Congressional District of the Republican Party of Virginia, pursuant to the Plan of Organization and as recommended and directed by the District Committee, I, Michael E. Ginsberg, do hereby issue this call for a District Convention to be held on April 20, 2024 at W.T. Woodson High School, 9525 Main Street, Fairfax, VA and/or its alternate sites.
