New RPV Chairman Jeff Ryer. Last Saturday, the Republican Party of Virginia State Central Committee (SCC) elected its new Chairman, Jeff Ryer, who has been on the SCC since 2016, and Chair of the 1st Congressional District since 2022. Chairman Ryer is a graduate of the College of William & Mary, served as the Trump-Vance Virginia Communications Director in 2024, and brings over 30 years of experience in Virginia politics to the Republican Party of Virginia.
11CD Wins Anti-Gerrymandering Grant from RPV! As was mentioned in the last couple of 11th District newsletters, the RPV is organizing a statewide anti-gerrymandering team. RPV set up a competition among the 11 Congressional Districts to sign up the most volunteers, and the 11th District won! At this past Saturday’s SCC meeting, we received a $5,000 check to fight redistricting. It’s not too late to sign up, and there is another $5,000 award being made on March 1st. Please share the link with your 11th District like-minded friends and neighbors–https://virginia.gop/anti-gerrymandering-patriots/–and let’s try to win another $5,000 to fight the outrageous attempt by the Democrats to rig our congressional districts.
Please read today’s Download for more details about the Redistricting amendment, signed by Governor Spanberger on Friday. The Democrats want to redraw our Congressional map to 10-1 in their favor and essentially silence our voices. We cannot let that happen!!
The validity of the proposed amendment will be decided by the Virginia Supreme Court, but we must be ready to go. If you haven’t already done so, please sign up below to help fight this outrageous redistricting amendment.
If you want to write 100 postcards or knock 100 doors, sign up twice; 200 postcards or doors, sign up four separate times; etc. More details will be coming out in the next week, so stay tuned.
Please sign up now and join the fight: https://virginia.gop/anti-gerrymandering-patriots/
