Adam Wise, who ran for the House of Delegates in District 11 last month, has thrown his hat back in the ring for the January 13th Special Election. Democrat David Bulova has been tapped by the Spanberger Administration, but after over 20 years in office, he wants to pass the torch to his wife, Gretchen. The residents of the 11th House of Delegates District deserve better.
