The activist who held the sign is a member of We of Action Virginia, a well-funded progressive organization door knocking for Abigail Spanberger. As of now, neither Spanberger nor her running mates Ghazala Hashmi or Jay Jones have made live public statements denouncing this racist outburst from their own supporters. They are in hiding hoping the media covers for them. Let’s make sure the world knows how Democrats treat minority candidates who disagree with them.

There are 2.5 weeks left before the September 9 Special Election for a new 11th Congressional District Representative. Stewart Whitson, our outstanding candidate, needs all hands on deck for doorknocking, phonebanking, or both. If you can make phone calls from your home for a few hours, keeping your identity completely anonymous, please email Stewart’s Campaign Manager, Gray, at staff@whitsonforcongress.com. He can also set you up with a Campaign Sidekick login, so you can doorknock on the days/times that work best for you. Stop by the Fairfax GOP office tomorrow, Saturday morning, at 8:30 AM to meet Stewart, get set up to doorknock, and help him win on September 9th! You don’t have to live in the 11th Congressional District to help. All are welcome!

This week, polls were already shifting in favor of our statewide candidates, and after last night’s Democrat Debacle in Arlington, perhaps this will be the 2021 Terry McAuliffe moment for Winsome. Fingers crossed.
