The 11th Congressional District Republican Committee has made a Hatch Act Guide for Republican Candidates and Volunteers available as a downloadable resource. The PDF was supplied by Steve Rogers.
The seven-page document, titled Hatch Act Info for Federal Employees and revised September 7, 2026, discusses candidacy, campaign volunteering, fundraising restrictions, election-officer service, and the distinction between less-restricted and further-restricted federal employees. It also includes a checklist of questions for prospective candidates.
