FAIRFAX, VA. On August 24, 2026, the 11th Congressional District of Virginia Republican Committee announced that 11th District Chairman Matt Braynard, Virginia RNC Committeewoman Patti Lyman, and Jeffrey Grieco would attend the 2026 RNC Midterm Convention in Dallas as representatives of Virginia’s 11th Congressional District and the Commonwealth.
The release said the convention would bring Republican leaders and activists together from across the country to celebrate the party’s accomplishments, build momentum for November, and strengthen the grassroots energy needed to win.
“We look forward to celebrating the historic achievements of this Republican President, Senate, and U.S. Congress, and we are going to bring back to Northern Virginia a renewed energy for delivering Republican victories in November,” said 11th District Chairman Matt Braynard.
The delegation said it was proud to carry the voice of Northern Virginia Republicans to Dallas and would return focused on supporting Republican candidates, volunteers, and victories across the region.
